How long does the training take?

Reality-Based Leadership is 4 ½ hours. Reality-Based Rules of the Workplace is 4 hours. The time in which a student will complete this training will vary depending upon successful completion of each course. Each course has different exercises, assessments, personal development plans, tests, and interactivity which makes the training, personalized to each student. One of great parts about Reality-Based VT is that these courses are delivered in bite-size chunks, between 3-8 minutes a chapter. Students can take the course on demand, on any device with an Internet connection, at their own pace.

Also keep in mind that the learning will never stop. Throughout the year access, the students will be receiving additional supporting content to reinforce the Reality-Based philosophy.

What happens if I need to add or retract employees to the system?

Reality-Based VT is super easy to admin. You can create and deactivate users as you need to on the fly.

Does every employee get their own login with Reality-Based VT?

Absolutely. Employees will have their own login and password. This way, the employees can train at their own speed that’s best for them or you can suggest a learning path due on specific dates. With these usernames and passwords, you can track all the progress in real-time. Who is passing, who is failing, and who didn’t log in. You can now implement and reinforce the Reality-Based training with measurable results.

Do my employees have to be on location to train?

No! Reality-Based VT is web-based and available on any device that has an Internet connection. Every employee now has the flexibility to train on demand and on their schedule.

Do I need any special computer software to run Reality-Based VT?

What if my boss is not a very good boss? Can I still boost my value and be happy in that situation?

You actually have really good odds of having a poor boss based on my knowledge of typical leaders. So it is important that you learn to be successful even with a bad boss. I have an entire course dedicated to the topic because it is so critical that you learn this skill if you are going to be happy at work.

I’ve reviewed your materials and it sounds a little like giving in to “the man”, is it?

I choose not to think of it in that way. There are lots of reasons, stories, and excuses for being unhappy and there is also a clear path to happiness. That path includes taking personal accountability. It means looking inward and not outward. Try the methods I suggest and see what you think.
